PS3 E-Z Chill External Control Version
The PS3 E-Z Chill External Control Version works with all PS3 models including the Slims. No soldering is required, but this version does require you to drill a small hole to allow access to the adjustment knob. This product is designed for the more intrepid modders. As knob placement will vary by personal preference, no install guide is provided. The connections to the fan and to the mainboard are the same as the PS3 E-Z Chill Hidden Control Version and the PS3 E-Z Chill Set-N-Forget Version. WARNING: NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU HAVE KIDS OR ROOMMATES, AS IT IS VERY EASY TO TURN DOWN THE FAN SPEED.
